Beetroot Vinaigrette

Beetroot are amazing for your health, the are known to fight inflammation in the body and help the liver with detoxification. PLUS they are packed full of essential nutrients and taste amazing too!

1 cup raw beetroot, grated
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup filtered water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp raw honey
1/4 tsp salt

Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
